This zine is an OPEN APPLICATION ZINE. This means there is no limit of artists accepted. You just need to apply before February 29 and be reviewed for credibility.

Treat Yourself! is a FREE digital download snack/street food gijinka zine. The aim of this zine is to feature all the delicious pastime meals from various cultures and to practice the application of creativity and expression of originality in visual design.

By joining this project, you also gain a little bit of experience in the zine world. It’s a good opportunity to build your illustration portfolio plus you can use your submission as an example for applications to other zines.

This issue’s theme is Southeast Asia.

Countries featured are Brunei, Cambodia, East Timor, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam.

We’re also looking for 2 mods! Must have zine mod experience and a discord account! Please DM @luciseaux for application.

1) Yes, it should do that.

2) Normally, within 24 hours unless I find myself busy. But no more than 2 days usually.

3) Yeah, of course! Nothing’s really stopping anyone from doing Filipino snacks either, but we’re getting kind of bloated with Filipino food, it makes me feel bad for the rest of the countries lmao :’)
